Job Overview:

We are seeking a Utilities Project Supervisor (UPS) to oversee and coordinate our PG&E project operations. This temporary, project-based role plays a crucial part in ensuring project accuracy, safety, and compliance. The UPS serves as a liaison between field staff, ATM managers, clients, and contractors, providing temporary oversight and administrative support for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for project staff and employees regarding safety
• Maintain excellence in service as an ATM representative
• Train new hires in OneVM, Survey123, VMP
• Serve as the company point-of-contact in the field for project field personnel
• Develop and conduct safety and health training and documentation
• Support compliance programs, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and investigate safety incidents and provide solutions
• Maintain and organize project-level SharePoint document libraries
• Conduct training and safety oversight for field operations

Desired Qualifications:

• AA Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years experience on PG&E project as an inspector
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe applications
• OSHA 30 Certification (within 30 days of hire)
• ISA, CTSP or equivalent certification (within 6 months)
• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• CA Driver's License

Compensation:

Supervisor Level I: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour

Supervisor Level II: $50.00 to $54.00 per hour
